After studying foreign languages in USA, she continued her education at Okan University, Department of Psychology. After her graduation she completed her master's degree on Human Resources Management at Istanbul Bilgi University.
She started her career as a Recruitment specialist at a Dutch Company Randstad and continued in the position of talent management assistant in LC Waikiki which operates in textile sector. After two and a half year work experience she continued her career as a Recruitment and Career Management Specialist at Birevim, which operates in the Savings Finance sector. After the successful years she spent in the field of Human Resources she continued to work at ODS Consulting Company as a Human Resources Senior Specialist.
Finally, she works in PES Survey consulting company which conducts employee management researches.
