Human Focus Award

Employers of the Year Focused on People

Category 1: Human Focus Award

Organisations that we evaluate for their people-focused corporate culture through the Working Life Survey and achieve results of at least 70% or higher in three separate dimensions are eligible to receive Human Focus Award Certification.

Category 2: Human Focus Award - Impact

Organisations that we have evaluated in terms of their people-focused corporate culture through the Working Life Survey and that have achieved a score of at least 75% in any of the following areas are eligible to receive the Human Focus Award - Impact Certification specific to these categories.

Employee Experience

Employers who make all interactions, processes and experiences of employees at work positive, increasing loyalty, motivation and satisfaction, are awarded this title.

Leadership Culture

Awarded to companies that promote a leadership culture that inspires employees, supports their development, and creates an environment of trust throughout the organisation.

Well-being and Psychological Health

Awarded to employers who support the physical, mental and emotional health of their employees and create a culture focused on stress management, balance and well-being in the workplace.

Communication and Transparency

Awarded to employers who share information with their employees in an open, honest and timely manner; listen to feedback and strengthen internal communication.

Appreciation and Recognition

Awarded to employers who regularly acknowledge their employees' contributions, highlight their achievements, and make each individual feel valued.

Diversity and Inclusion

Awarded to employers who create a work environment where employees from different backgrounds, cultures, identities and perspectives have equal opportunities, are valued and feel a sense of belonging.

Social Responsibility

Category 3: Human Focus Award - Inclusion

Organisations that we have evaluated in terms of their people-focused corporate culture through the Working Life Survey and that have achieved a score of at least 75% in the following two separate categories are eligible to receive the Human Focus Award - Inclusion Certification.

Youth-Friendly

Awarded to employers who bring young talent into the workforce, support their development, and provide an environment where they can bring their innovative ideas to life.

Women-Friendly

Awarded to employers who support gender equality in the workplace, encourage women's career development, and create an inclusive work culture.

Category 4: Human Focus Award – Excellence

This is a high-level award category given to employers who have participated in the process in a special way or organisations that have received the Human Focus Award during the year, based on criteria such as strategic impact, sustainable commitment and cultural excellence.
